A Benefit Of My Single Life

Today I was chatting with my coworkers after work(they were still working), and then finished up my tasks and then stopped to chat some more. All in all it made me over 30 minutes late leaving work. But it didn’t matter since there was no one at home wondering where I was or why I was late or being critical or acting suspicious about my activities.

This, honestly, is one thing I like about being single. I have no one to answer to but myself. I don’t have to ask permission to do anything or to go anywhere. And lest you think I am a party animal, I don’t do anything but work, eat, sleep, and go to church. But it is nice not to feel guilty about who I talk to or about when I get home.
